Lecture Title:  Research Design and Submission Strategies from International Humanistic Academic Journals

Abstract: 

With the rise of academic internationalisation and non-Western themes, English as the main language of publication has again become a serious issue, affecting East Asian academia from education to professional careers. This talk will introduce the translation of human society research in the AI era from the perspective of knowledge production and circulation, and take interpretive research in Science, Technology and Society (STS) as an example, from the literature review, mixed methods, empirical data, and other projects, specifically explore the common writing barriers encountered by Chinese authors, and discuss how to expand the academic impact of research by submitting to international journals.
