Lecture Title: "Really? Fake?" How to Distinguish the Authenticity of Network Information?
Abstract:
In the era of big data, the huge amount of data and the low value density bring challenges to people's effective use of information. The information sharing with the participation of the whole people provides convenience for quick access to information, but at the same time, it also causes the disadvantages of uneven information quality, the proliferation of false and untrue information, and the expansion of Internet rumors, which aggravate the difficulty of people's identification of information. Will people verify false information? How do people find out? How to believe the information? This lecture will discuss issues related to online health information verification.
