Medical care is concerned with the life and health of the population, and it is necessary to ensure that medical activities are compatible with this fundamental purpose through criminal law. In the context of medical treatment, how to evaluate the doctor's duty of care, as a duty and its relationship with related medical damage, how to find the basis for the justification of medical behavior in the framework of teaching, and how to think about the relationship between euthanasia, surrogacy, organ transplantation, assisted reproductive technology and criminal law are all very worthy of discussion.
