Content Overview:

Nowadays, as our people's life is filled with information, we consider it a double-edged sword instead of merely a blessing. Especially in the period of major events, the mode of information release, dissemination and reception, and people's screening, discrimination and application of information are extremely important, and directly related to personal health. This lecture focuses on four topics: 1) the correct understanding of health, 2) information's capacity in bringing health, 3) the use of information for health improvement, and 4) the national strategy on information literacy. In this lecture, we will discuss how to use information wisely to maintain a healthy lifestyle, how to wisely make health judgments for you and your families, and further increase awareness of self-protection and avoid the potential risk to health.
