Lecture Title: The Theory and Practice of Medical Volunteer Service

Intro:

Ye Ruming, born in July 1940 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He started working in 1964 and joined the medical team of the Ministry of Health in 1969 to support the medical and health cause in Tibet. He was once the vice president, chief physician and professor of the First People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region, and the director of the Health Care Department for Cadres of the Tibet Health Department.
