Abstract:
Wolfgang Mastnak is Director of the Department of Music Education at the Munich University of Music and Drama and doctoral supervisor of Art Therapy at the School of Art and Media at Beijing Normal University. He holds six doctorates in mathematics, Art therapy, music education, psychology, medicine, and sports medicine. He is now a full member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts and the New York Academy of Sciences, and has been awarded the "Outstanding Intellectual of the 21st Century" by the Cambridge International Center for Biography and the "Outstanding Thought of the 21st Century" by the American Biographical Institute. He was professor of Music therapy at the Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital affiliated to Christian Doppler University, Visiting Professor at the Mozarteum University of Music and Dramatic Arts in Salzburg, and Applied Sciences in Austria Professor of Psychology of Music Therapy, Krems University, President of the Austrian Heart Association, Professor of Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Consultant Professor of Fudan University, Consultant Professor of Music School, Mimar Sinan University, Istanbul.
